The Enterprise Strategy (E3) course is part of the CIMA Distance Learning Premier Package, Strategic Level. Students develop their knowledge used in designing and implementing strategies, built in a context and understanding of the affect of the organisation’s external environment and stakeholders. Implementing strategy involves techniques associated with change management and the application of tools to assist in the evaluation of the performance implications of a given strategy. The Kaplan Distance Learning Premier Package is a self study course, combining the features of the Standard Package with Question Based Revision (QBR), to give students complete support to pass CIMA exams.
