This unit will ensure that the learner will have the necessary knowledge and
understanding to be able to communicate effectively with pharmacy customers. This unit will help learners gain the knowledge they need in order to develop
communication skills to interact effectively with pharmacy customers. The unit is
intended to help learners understand how different methods of communication
identify and meet the needs of a range of individuals.
